This is a client facing role where you will need to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders on client site through excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. 

We are looking for an experienced Project/Programme manager with a background in either consulting or retail. 

Responsibilities Include

Responsibilities will vary by engagement and skillset, but may include:

  1. Analyse and map/model complex problems, and design cost-effective and future focused solutions, challenging current state thinking appropriately
  2. Assist in the delivery of operational improvements, definition of business strategy or customer benchmarking
  3. Initiate, formulate and present recommendations, based on analysis, in order to influence the decisions of stakeholders
  4. Understanding and enhancing control models and they interact with business process and systems used, to match the organizational risk appetite
  5. Ensure that principles of design / delivery are adhered to throughout and risks are continuously raised, monitored, and mitigated
  6. Produce reports on initiative progress at regular intervals
  7. Lead effective working relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors globally
  8. Ability to inspire trust and build empathy through strong communication, negotiation and decision making
  9. Ensure all activities are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, control standards and all relevant internal policies and standards

You should ideally have most of the following:
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (2:1 minimum)

Experience

Minimum of 10 years related client facing change delivery experience

Experience working on consulting and/or retail client. Relevant experience includes business strategy projects, operating model design and implementation or Lean/ Sigma style projects

Change Management capability and awareness of core methodologies and/or Agile working

Experience in contributing to workshops to gather client requirements

Experience analysing process requirements and process mapping

Appreciation of Operating Model concepts relating to people, process, and technology

Some knowledge of different technology and software solutions and their business impact e.g. Workflow tools, Process Modelling tools, Cloud, Robotics
