SEN Teaching Assistant Required Immediately (Autism)

Location – Cheltenham

Initial Education are currently working alongside a fantastic school based in Cheltenhamto recruit an SEN Teaching Assistant for a 1:1 position.

We are looking for a teaching assistant who has had experience in working with children with SEN needs, but more specifically Autism.

The opportunity is 1 to 5 days a week and would continue until the end of the academic year.

The ideal candidate will have considerable experience working 1:1 with children with special educational needs and Autism.

All we need from you alongside your right to work documents will be an Enhanced DBS on Update Service (or willing to apply for one), 2 professional references and an Overseas Police Check (where applicable).  In return we can offer competitive rates of pay a dedicated consultant at the end of the phone and opportunities for long term or permanent work.
