Partner with the best: The Records Control Specialist is responsible for the inputs, updates and management of the product and testing data into business software databases or official repositories by PL. This role is responsible for the accuracy of data or records inputs to MRBs (Manufacturing Record Books) as information will be used to provide manufacturing and customers with finished products databooks/specifications/certificate of analysis. As an Quality Specialist (Records Control), you will be responsible for: Responsible for data review and completeness of all records and operations reviewed. Responsible for performing databooks/product specifications compilations and ensure accuracy prior uploading to Baker Hughes repository system or handing to customer •s inspector/representative to review prior assembly or products final release. Collaborates with quality control and manufacturing planning preparing products databooks/product specification and customers inspection scheduling. May participate in quality audits, material review boards, kaizens or root cause analysis. Ensure the structure, quality of presentation and legibility of databooks meet the customer •s requirements and the Baker Hughes standards. Liaise with Project Quality Engineers, and Project planners to establish the customer and Baker Hughes MRB documentation. Support the generation of KPI •s reporting using MS Excel, ERP, and /or Support centre. Time booking hours for the project. Reports progress of the records compilation progress to customer. Follows the competency management program requirements. To be successful in this role you will: Demonstrate an understanding of Manufacturing Processes. Ability to understand Bill of Materials, relevant materials certifications and specifications. Works with Baker Hughes management system databases and systems (SAP, Oracle BHOS, Agility, LIMS, etc) Some training will be provided.
